Beef Brisket Slaw Sandwiches

Classic slaw tops this Carolina-style barbecued beef brisket sandwich topped with Swiss cheese and served up delicious on a Sister Schubert’s® Pretzel Roll.

Serves 6


Prepare Sister Schubert’s® Pretzel Rolls according to package directions. Cool and split the rolls.

In a small bowl, combine the slaw mix, vinegar and Marzetti® Slaw Dressing and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

Place the brisket meat in a microwave safe bowl and microwave 2 minutes or until it is hot.

To assemble sandwiches, place a piece of cheese on each roll. Place some brisket on top of the cheese and top the meat with a spoonful of barbecue sauce. Top all with a generous spoonful of slaw, cover with the roll lid and serve.
